House Of Hope York

House of Hope York, PA is a non-profit organization that brings hope, healing and restoration to hurting teens and their families through the power of the Holy Spirit and the Word of God. Our program is unique because of our focus on the family as a whole unit and not just the teen.Successes are accomplished through the power of Christ's love, Christian counseling and education. Since 2012, HOHYP has been serving families that live within 100 miles of our campus. Our residential home can house up to 6 girls at a time. Our goals are to provide healing and restoration through individual and family counseling combined with education, recreation, life skills and spiritual growth. HOHYP is a faith based ministry that relies on partnerships with generous individuals, churches, businesses and local organizations who share the passion to provide help to struggling teens and their families. Families are the building block of our society. When relationships become broken, our communities will suffer from unhealthy behaviors. HOHYP steps in to help facilitate the healing process.

Founded in 1999, the Young Women's Empowerment Network (YWEN) is a national non-profit membership organization dedicated to strengthening community resources for young women ages 10-18. Through teen empowerment programs, we educate, motivate, and enhance the abilities of our participants to become positive and productive leaders in their communities.

VHO, Inc.

VHO links individuals to healthcare in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia, particularly among HIV+, low-income individuals, individuals with special medical needs who have experienced barriers in obtaining, understanding and effectively using health insurance and health services. In addition, VHO provides case management services and assists client in obtaining community support services.

Helping Oppressed Mothers Endure, Inc. (H.O.M.E., Inc.)

H.O.M.E., Inc. is a 501(c)3 organization founded to help Single Mothers who are working and/or going to school, survive the ‘tough times' and persevere towards an ‘appointed time' for success in life. We provide immediate resources to rebuild, restore and refurnish homes of Moms emerging from divorce, domestic violence or in desperate need of starting over.
